Come to the Annual Spring Honeybee Workshop
Saturday May 23, 2015; 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Rain or Shine)
Eural Clippard’s farm, 743 Crockett’s Cove Road, Wytheville
Get hands-on training in making basic hive and frame inspections, maybe catch a swarm, get some great bee bargains at the silent auction, maybe win a 4-frame radial honey extractor (manual) valued at $400 in the raffle ($5.00 per ticket), meet other beekeepers, have a great lunch*, and have a great time!
*The association will provide sandwiches, drinks, chips, and paper products. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.
Build up your apiary with local bees!
Eural Clippard will have some hives and nucs for sale at the May 23 Bee Workshop.

Please let Tina Cunningham (coltinac@hughes.net, or 276-579-2123) know if you are coming to the Bee Workshop on May 23. We need an idea of how many will attend so we can have enough sandwiches for lunch.
